Jevgenija Prochoryceva/ Strategic Clarity

Important business problem stuck?

When an important business problem feels stuck, recurring or more complicated than it should be, I work out what’s actually going on — then create enough structure to make a better decision and move.

TELL ME WHAT’S STUCK

Start with a short fit check. If it looks like something I can genuinely help with, I’ll invite you to a diagnostic conversation.

01 / Problems

The kinds of problems I work on

You don’t need the right label for what’s wrong. It’s enough to know something important is stuck.

01

Stuck business & operational problems

The issue keeps returning, crosses teams or resists the obvious fix. Several explanations may sound plausible. I look at context, evidence, assumptions and constraints to understand what is driving it — and what might make a practical difference.

02

Ownership, responsibility & key-person dependency

Work is delegated, but the responsibility comes back. Decisions, knowledge, checking or continuity still rely on one person. The question is: why does this keep returning to them? In some situations, that may call for a bounded Responsibility Reset — not every problem does.

03

Operating systems & processes

Information is fragmented, handoffs are unclear, work is manual or delivery depends on people remembering what happens next. The question here is different: why is this work so difficult to run reliably?

04

Product, customer & strategic decisions

An investment, proposition, product or initiative rests on assumptions — or customer evidence conflicts with what the business believes. I help make enough of the evidence visible to decide what deserves more time and money.

02 / How I work

Less guessing.
Better decisions.

The work is shaped around the problem, not a method decided in advance.

  1. 01

    Understand what’s actually happening

    Separate symptoms, assumptions and evidence.

  2. 02

    Find the structure underneath it

Identify what is maintaining the problem.

  3. 03

    Change what matters

Make the decision, redesign the conditions and see what happens.

Start with what you can see. Follow the evidence.

03 / Working together

What you can expect from me

I’ll question the first explanation—not to be difficult, but because the visible problem is not always the one that needs solving.

  • You don’t need to agree with me automatically. You do need to be willing to look at your own part in what’s happening.
  • I take responsibility for the quality of the diagnosis and process. You remain responsible for the decisions. If you want implementation support, I can help—but the decisions and action remain yours.
  • Questions are welcome. Chronic avoidance isn’t.

Evidence gets the final say.

04 / Case studies

The work is in the decisions.

A few examples of what changed when the problem was investigated rather than treated as a symptom.

04 / Product & delivery

Diagnosing recurring product and technical delivery problems

Recurring defects, regressions, delays and rework raised a more important question: did the delivery system justify further investment?

The decision / result

Judge whether the underlying delivery system and technical capability warrant further investment, rather than treating sunk costs as a reason to continue.

05 / Customer & product

From customer problem to product validation

Customer interviews, product build and real-user testing turned an early hypothesis into evidence for a responsible investment decision.

The decision / result

The goal was not to launch at all costs; it was to get enough evidence to make the right investment decision.

No borrowed praise. The evidence is in what was investigated, changed and decided.

05 / About Jevgenija

I’ve operated,
not only advised.

My background spans business operations, SaaS implementation, product, customer strategy and venture building. I co-founded and operated a technology venture from early customer discovery through product development and real-user testing—making decisions across customers, product, technical delivery, cost, risk and limited resources.

I’ve also worked inside messy operating environments: complex client portfolios, international SaaS implementations, enterprise change programmes, broken processes and recurring delivery problems.

That experience shaped how I work now. I don’t arrive with a favourite framework and force the problem into it. I investigate what’s actually happening, challenge the first explanation and follow the evidence until there is enough clarity to decide what should happen next.

06 / Fit

We’ll probably work well together if…

07 / Start with the problem

You don’t have to know exactly what’s wrong.

Tell me what’s happening, what you’ve already tried and why it matters. If it looks like something I can genuinely help with, I’ll invite you to a diagnostic conversation.
